So every year Safford-Thatcher-Pima has a big celebration to celebrate the 24th of July aka Pioneer Day! There was a parade, yummy food, and my favorite part FIREWORKS! Since it was foggy in CA where I was for the 4th of July and didn't get to see any fireworks, I was so glad to see FIREWORKS this time. It rained the whole time that kind of sucked. There was a rumor that President Monson was supposed to be down to check out the temple site, but didn't end up staying for the celebration because of the rain. It was fun chillin with family and friends! Watching the fireworks with you Jenni was magical!

oh lyn lyn...the fireworks were soo very magical! hehe it was a fun night despite the rain. remember what we are telling future bfs??? hehe can't forget that one! Love ya girl!
i totally forgot it was pioneer day. haha oops. not like they do anything in mesa anyways. last night we watched the re-run of the osmond concert on byu channel which was gay cuz who cares about the osmonds and it had nothing to do with pioneers. my mom loved every minute of it.
